About this Role

We are looking to appoint an outstanding HLTA to join our highly committed and supportive staff team. This part-time opportunity, working two days each week, is for a one-year fixed-term contract for the 2026-27 academic year.

St Mary’s Hampton is part of Instanter Learning Trust, a multi-academy trust within the London Diocese.  Through our broad curriculum and school values of faith, hope and love, we ensure our pupils reach their full potential in mind, body and spirit.

We provide the highest quality care and education for children, which includes delivering outstanding lessons to stimulate and engage children, and ultimately, foster a life-long love of learning.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible candidate with experience of delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher across all primary year groups, to join our committed and supportive team.  The successful candidate will be a team player, with warmth, care and patience, who will inspire our children in their educational, physical, social and spiritual development.

Further information about the school is available on our website. Alternatively, please contact us to arrange a tour of the school.

Closing date: Thursday 18th June at 10am.

We reserve the right to interview on receipt of an application and prior to the advertised deadline.

Safeguarding Statement

St Mary’s Hampton is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups including ethnicity, gender, transgender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion.
