Burbage Primary School is a village school near Marlborough, in a beautiful location with fantastic outdoor space and new classroom facilities. Judged strong in every area by Ofsted we are proud of our school, the exemplary behaviour of the children and our commitment to ensuring this is a supportive and enjoyable place to work.

At Burbage, our children are at the centre of everything we do. We pride ourselves on the progress they make both academically and socially in a happy and caring environment. These values are continued through in our wraparound care provision, which is a very much valued service by all in the school community.

· Are you somebody who can continue our school values into our wraparound care provision?

· Could you provide a home from home environment, preparing children for a day of learning ahead or providing a relaxing, engaging and fun environment at the end of the school day?

Your main responsibilities would include;

  • Supervising children aged between 4 & 11
  • Leading a range of imaginative activities
  • Preparing and serving breakfast and/or snacks
  • Communicating with parents and carers
  • Setting up and storing equipment, leaving all facilities clean and tidy for the following day
  • Day to day administration in liaison with the Club manager

We are looking for someone who is, well organised, flexible, creative and able to communicate and build good relationships with children, parents & staff. A first aid certificate and food hygiene certificate would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

If this sounds like you please get in touch by calling the school office on 01672 810452 or email on admin@burbage.ecalibur.org.uk or apply directly online.

We reserve the right to interview and appoint prior to the closing date therefore early applications are recommended.
