The Governors wish to appoint two Assistant Headteachers who are committed to excellence and passionate about the role of senior leader. The successful candidates will lead and manage a dedicated team together with the headteacher and will be able to demonstrate outstanding classroom practice.

 We are looking for two Classroom Teachers who: 

  • are practising Catholic or supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school  
  • are keen to develop leadership responsibilities   
  • are inspirational classroom practitioners  
  • have a good understanding of what is required to support the most vulnerable children in our school  
  • are committed to raising standards for all, across the curriculum  
  • can lead on CPD and evidence informed practice    
  • are committed to continuous school improvement including teacher workload and wellbeing  
  • have high expectations of themselves and the children
