Cleaning Supervisor 

    • NJC Point 3 - 4  
    • £15,395 to £15,637 actual per annum 
    • Term time only + 4 (43 weeks per year), 25 hours per week

Westbourne Academy are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who strives to share their passion for education with our students and join our dedicated team to uphold the Academy’s vision and values.  

 

About you:- 

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience of line managing cleaning staff in a similar environment and experience of stock control/ordering of stockThe Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible to a member of the Senior Leadership team and Regional Estates Manager and, under the direction of the academy leadership team and Regional Facilities Manager, supervise the cleaning staff and have responsibility for the day-to-day cleaning and sanitisation of the building and facilities, ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times 

 

The successful candidate will have a good level of literacy and numeracy, the ability to work on their own and within a team to provide a high standard of customer service.  Qualifications in Health & Safety/specialised equipment Training are desirable, however, experience in supervision is essential for this role.
