We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Assistant
Headteacher – SENCO to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in
leading our vision for inclusion, SEND and student wellbeing. This is an
exciting opportunity to influence whole-school strategy, further enhance SEND
provision, improve outcomes for all students, and contribute to our ongoing
school improvement journey.
We are looking for a leader with the expertise, drive and
commitment to champion inclusive practice, support and develop staff, and
ensure every student is able to achieve their full potential. If you are ready

The successful candidate will be a passionate and
experienced professional with strong leadership qualities, a clear and
strategic vision for inclusion, and a genuine commitment to raising achievement

· Monitor
progress of students including those with SEND and evaluate the effectiveness
of teaching to guide future improvements.
Pay range: L1-L6: £51,771 - £58,569
Full Time, Permanent.
