We are proud to be launching a bespoke Alternative Provision within our successful and inclusive mainstream primary school, developed in direct response to the needs of our pupils. This innovative new setting will support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, enabling them to flourish within a nurturing, tailored environment while remaining a valued part of our wider school community.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something both new and rooted. You’ll be a key member of a founding team, helping to shape the vision, environment, and curriculum of the provision, while enjoying the stability, ethos, and support of an established and ambitious school. Your work will be deeply collaborative, child-led, and transformative—for the pupils and for you.
We are Looking For:

grounded in real, identified pupil need
* A close, committed team with excellent
leadership and peer support
* Small group sizes and a high staff-to-pupil
ratio
* Comprehensive professional development and

* A whole-school culture that celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing
We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive school, and we warmly welcome applicants from all backgrounds who share our values of Respect, Joy, Honesty and Forgiveness.
