About the Role
Beamont Collegiate Academy is seeking an exceptional and committed individual to join our team as the Director of Humanities. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the strategic direction of our Humanities department, ensuring high-quality teaching, a well-sequenced curriculum, and excellent outcomes for all students. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving staff development, promoting consistency in practice, and implementing impactful interventions.
We are looking for a passionate leader who is dedicated to Humanities education, has high expectations for all learners, and can inspire both students and staff through strong subject leadership.
