help our school shine?
We are a friendly, committed primary school in the heart of St Albans,
and we are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaner to join our
hard-working premises team.
At our school, we take immense pride in our environment. Our staff work
hard to look after our building, and we are looking for someone who shares that
same dedication to keeping our school safe, clean, and welcoming for our
pupils.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring our high standards of cleanliness
are maintained across designated areas of the school. Key duties include:
- Vacuuming,
mopping, and emptying litter bins.
- Dusting
and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Cleaning
washrooms and replenishing supplies.
- Deep
cleaning tasks during the 3 weeks of scheduled holiday work.
- Any other
duties as requested by the Site Manager
