About this Role
We are seeking to
appoint a Pastoral Support Assistant to join our team to provide support to
students and parents. This role promotes
the welfare, personal development and wellbeing of students. It is a key role in ensuring that every young
person has the opportunity to thrive both academically and socially.
The role will involve pastoral
care and student support.
·
Provide
day-to-day pastoral support to students, offering a safe, approachable and
supportive point of contact.
·
Support
students with personal, social or academic concerns, escalating issues where
appropriate.
·
Promote
student wellbeing and contribute to a positive, respectful environment.
·
Maintain
an overview of day to day safeguarding referrals through MyConcern offering the
first point of triage.
