An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated individual to become Head of School at St. Petrocs CofE School, a proud member of the St. Barnabas Multi Academy Trust.  At St. Petrocs, we are committed to providing fantastic education to our pupils while developing our workforce for sustainable growth. Please note this will be a non teaching role.  
We are looking for a dynamic leader to support our school’s development and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional education.
As the Head of School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of St. Petrocs, working closely with our Hub Lead who oversees five schools within the trust. This is an ideal position for either an experienced middle Leadership candidate looking for the next move into a head of school or a strong teacher ready to take the next step into leadership. You will receive dedicated support as you drive continuous improvement and excellence in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a talented team of educators.
- Foster a positive learning environment that nurtures every pupil’s potential.
- Collaborate with the Hub Lead to implement strategic initiatives that enhance the quality of education.
- Engage with the school community to build strong relationships with parents, local organisations, and stakeholders.
- Continue to implement the flourishing schools programme and work in partnership with our links with the church.
