To apply, you’ll need evidence of regular, recent and appropriate professional development for the role of Principal, in-depth experience of teaching in at least two key stages and a good understanding of EYFS and key stages One and Two. As well as outstanding teaching skills, you have a proven ability to provide guidelines and models of high-quality teaching and know how to build an excellent team and trust it to deliver. You also have what it takes to develop strategies that encourage parents/carers to support their children’s learning. In short, you’re ready to take the next step in your successful career to date.
