Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? Cornerstone Theatre are looking to appoint a Casual Theatre Lead to oversee the operations of our theatre during events and hires.

About the role:

Cornerstone Theatre are seeking a flexible and experienced Casual Theatre Lead to support the smooth running of the theatre during productions. This position covers a wide range of duties including front of house operations, hospitality management, technical operations, audience engagement and event coordination.

As a Theatre Lead, you will act as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, works well as part of a team, and is committed to delivering excellent service to patrons, performers, and hirers.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has experience with ticketing systems and front-of-house management. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer‑service mindset and the ability to step into a variety of roles and will enjoy supporting the smooth running of performances and contributing to a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

Previous proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a theatre, hospitality or live entertainment venue is essential.
