Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? Iceni Secondary Academy are
looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to Support students in the
classroom.
About you: -
We are looking for a confident individual who is patient,
sympathetic and enjoys working with young people by establishing positive
relationships with students, using a flexible approach to support children
within a secondary Academy.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, effective
communicator, enthusiastic and able to use their own initiative, to support
students in the classroom to ensure that they are making progress academically,
socially, and emotionally.
Previous experience or qualifications in a relatable role
within an educational establishment is desirable but not essential. This role
requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
