Preston Hedge’s is a really special place to work…we have amazing pupils who love to learn, supportive parents, and an incredible staff ‘family’ who enjoy a bit of fun and make sure that they look out for each other. Our school is a very dynamic and happy place to learn and work in!
We are looking for someone with strong literacy and numeracy skills who truly loves the energy of a school environment. You’ll be a natural at juggling priorities in a fast-paced setting, all while maintaining the discretion, diplomacy, and warmth that our parents and visitors value so much.
As a key member of our team, you’ll be the person who keeps the school day running smoothly. Whether you’re masterfully navigating our school systems, coordinating an exciting school trip, ordering supplies or providing a comforting word (and a plaster!) to a pupil in need of First Aid, your role is vital.
The school philosophy centres around the key principles of ‘Fun, Creativity & Achievement.’ With these as the foundations of our school, we are committed to giving our children innovative and engaging learning opportunities that support them to become confident, life-long learners. This approach offers a real freedom for our teachers, who are encouraged to make class learning as creative and memorable as they can. We want to light that creative fire in our children!
We strongly believe in the whole person and ensuring a workload balance. We offer an exceptional wellbeing support program for our team that include telephone gp appointments for all who share your household! Furthermore, as part of a Trust who works together and believes in nurturing, building and celebrating talented individuals, the CPD and opportunities on offer are simply amazing.
