are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy SENDCo to join
our senior leadership team. We want someone with the drive and energy to build
on and contribute to current strengths across the school and make a positive
contribution to our journey towards becoming something really special.
As Deputy SENDCo you
will also be an Associate Assistant Head Teacher and part of the Senior
Leaderhsip Team. You will lead our 2 SEND Hub classes as well as contibuting
and supporting SEND Provision across the school. This is an ideal opportunity
for someone who wants to take a first step into senior leaderhsip working
alongisde an expereinced SENDCo and a dedicated staff team.
The successful
applicant will be enthusiastic, flexible, well organised and able to work as
part of a team as well as having the ability to work alone when required and is
ideal for candidates with QTS who are keen to progress as a SENDCo and senior
leader.

of staff at all levels is a fundamental priority for us.
