We are looking to appoint a Library Manager to oversee the effective operation, development, and promotion of the library as a dynamic learning environment. Working closely with teaching and support staff.
The successful candidate will provide and promote a highly effective independent learning environment for students and staff, coordinating all activities within the library to deliver a comprehensive and supportive service. They will work closely with Line Managers and Senior Leaders to plan and implement the Trust’s library policy, ensuring an efficient and well‑structured provision across the school. The role also involves supporting the use of the library for research and reading for pleasure, as well as preparing, maintaining, organising and managing resources to enhance curriculum‑led activities.
The library offers a welcoming, well‑equipped learning environment with excellent facilities that support both independent study and collaborative work. Students benefit from a rich and diverse collection of books, digital resources, and access to research tools that enhance learning across the curriculum.
