The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated teaching assistant to join a talented, creative and caring team of professionals.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly pupils with autism and communication and interaction needs
- Support learning across the primary age range
- Have high expectations of children’s achievements and personal development
- Be able to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team
- Fully support the Catholic ethos of the school
- Be willing and able to support the inclusion of pupils with a range of needs, adapting approaches to meet individual learning, sensory and social-emotional needs
- Demonstrate patience, empathy and an understanding of strategies that support autistic pupils to thrive in school
