We are seeking to appoint two teaching assistants to join our Learning Support team.  We welcome applications from those with previous experience as teaching assistants as well as those looking to begin a career in education.  Potential apprentices are also welcome to apply.  The role will involve working 1:1 with SEND students in mainstream lessons and well as individual interventions.

Our students are well-behaved and motivated. “Classrooms are calm and orderly. Around school, pupils are polite and respectful” – Ofsted 2024. We have excellent support from parents and the community, and a talented and positive staff team. We are ambitious for every student and provide high-quality pastoral care and support, as well as outstanding enrichment opportunities for our students and the local community. We are committed to excellent professional development for all. Continued school improvement is supported by membership of The White Hills Park Trust. A new school will be built over the next two years, with anticipated completion Easter 2028.

"There are high aspirations for all pupils at Bramcote College. The school’s motto encourages pupils to ‘Work hard, Be well, Do well.' Pupils are happy and appreciate the opportunities that the school gives them." Ofsted 2024.
