The
Reprographics and Reception Officer provides a high-quality, efficient and
confidential reprographics service to staff and students. The role is essential
in supporting teaching, learning and examinations by ensuring all printing,
copying and document production requirements are delivered accurately and
within deadlines.
The post holder will also support wider administrative functions across the school, including providing reception cover one day per week, and will be expected to demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including some work outside of term time, to ensure all reprographic materials are prepared in advance of each term.
