Reepham High School & College is an 11-18
comprehensive school, 12 miles north of Norwich. It has approximately 1100
students in total, including 240 students in the sixth form, known as ‘Reepham
College’. The school serves a very wide catchment area of nearly 400 square
kilometres and 85% of our young people travel by bus.
The school is a true comprehensive school with pupils of
all abilities and backgrounds. The intake of the school is broadly in line with
the national average in terms of prior attainment. We are currently working to
improve our GCSE results, although performance at A Level is consistently in
the top 10% nationally for progress made.

whole classes to cover short term absence of teachers and to allow teachers to
carry out professional duties and training. Cover Supervisors are required to

task while maintaining good order.
The successful applicant will be highly organised and efficient,
resilient and confident and enjoy working within a busy school and college

to a teaching career or other work with young people in the future. The ability
to work as a team and learn new skills is essential, experience of working with
young people in a school environment and proven success in using teaching
resources and supporting learners would be advantageous, but full training will
