We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Grounds and Site Operative to join our team following the retirement of our long-standing Groundsman. This vital role ensures that our school grounds remain safe, clean, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, sports pitch line marking, litter collection, minor landscaping, and supporting the site team with general site duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in grounds maintenance, basic DIY skills, and an awareness of health and safety regulations. A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently are essential.
