• • The expertise and vision to develop high standards and expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour in our Autism base and across the school.
• The highest expectations of teaching and learning, having a record of outstanding classroom practice

to initiate, develop and implement creative skills

The job will initially entail teaching in the Resource Base and developing SEND practice across the school. You will be working with and
shadowing an
experienced SEND Lead.
