Teaching Assistant
We are
seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to
join our Early Years team.

About the
Role
You will
play a vital role in supporting the learning, development, and well-being of
our youngest children. Working closely with the Nursery Manager and Early Years
team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where
children feel secure, confident, and ready to learn.
We Are
Looking for Someone Who:
● Has a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare
and Education (or is working towards one).
● Has experience of working with two-year-old children
in an early years or nursery setting.
● Has a good understanding of child development and the
EYFS.
● Is warm, patient, and nurturing, showing love
in their care for children.
● Has the courage to learn, reflect, and adapt
their practice.
● Values community and works positively as part
of a supportive team.
● Enjoys celebrating children’s achievements,
individuality, and progress.
● Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare
of children.
● Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to
professional development.
