ECTs are warmly welcomed, and full support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning within KS1
  • Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes independence and curiosity
  • Track and monitor pupil progress, using assessment to inform next steps
  • Work effectively with colleagues, support staff and families
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
  • Uphold safeguarding, behaviour and pastoral standards consistently
