Join Our Team as a Lunchtime Supervisor at The Hill  Primary Academy!

About the Role: 

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you'll be responsible for a class during their lunchtime, whether in the dinner hall or playground. You'll work alongside a supportive team to ensure our children have a positive and safe lunchtime experience. This is a term-time only role (39 weeks) is and is for relief hours, maximum 6.25 hours per week.

Main duties: 

  • To oversee the children in the dining hall, ensuring that there is a safe environment at all times. 
  • To oversee the children in the playground during lunchtime, ensuring there is a safe environment at all times. 
  • To work as part of the lunchtime team. 
  • To actively promote the Academy’s positive behaviour policy and core values.
  • To encourage a healthy lifestyle through active promotion of positive play and overseeing dinners.  

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team (essential) 
  • Are kind, caring and compassionate (essential)
  • Have a First Aid Certificate (desirable).
