About this Role

We are looking to appoint an innovative and enthusiastic teacher of Electronics to teach and deliver high quality lessons that challenge, support and encourage learners within the Design Technology Department. The successful candidate will be able to teach Electronics at both KS4 and KS5. Experience delivering the Eduqas Electronics specification, or a similar curriculum, is highly desirable. This position may also suit a Physics teacher with a strong specialism or demonstrable experience in Electronics.

The successful candidate will:

  • have the vision to fully develop and support the department.

  • be an inspirational communicator and have the skills to both challenge and encourage students to achieve their potential.

  • be committed to securing positive student outcomes at Key stage 3, 4 and 5.

  • have the ability to think creatively and encourage student engagement.
