About this Role

We are looking to appoint a Literacy Co-ordinator who will lead literacy by designing, delivering and evaluating a cohesive strategy. Line‑manage literacy leads, drive high‑quality provision and lead evidence‑informed CPD to ensure consistently strong reading, writing, oracy and vocabulary across all subjects and year groups.

The duties of the role include developing, implementing and reviewing a whole‑school literacy strategy, leading and quality‑assuring literacy practice across the curriculum, managing literacy post‑holders, driving evidence‑informed CPD, analysing literacy data and ensuring inclusive, high‑impact provision for all learners.
