This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Mathematics department with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. As a Lead Practitioner, you will play a key role in driving high-quality teaching and learning, supporting colleagues, and helping to raise student achievement across the department. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across our trust, sharing best practice, developing innovative approaches to teaching, and contributing to trust-wide initiatives that improve outcomes for all students.
The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for Mathematics and a proven ability to inspire both students and staff in addition to improving student outcomes. The ability to teach Economics at KS5 is advantageous.
All teachers are subject to the Conditions of Employment set out in their contract of employment and the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document. These detail the professional and particular duties required of teachers, together with requirements for Management time, Working time and Guaranteed planning and preparation time.
