Site Operative

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round, shift pattern

Salary: NJC Scale 2 Points 3-4 (£24,027 - £24,404)

Start: As soon as possible

Waseley Hills High School is seeking to appoint a proactive and motivated Site Operative to join our hardworking and dedicated team. The Site Operative supports the Site Lead with the improvement, maintenance and cleanliness of the schools’ buildings and grounds. The shift pattern for this role is alternate weeks of earlies and lates:

Early shift:

6:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Thursday

6:00am - 1:30pm Friday

Late Shift:

10:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Thursday

11:00am - 6:30pm Friday

All support staff are subject to the Conditions of Employment set out in their contract of employment and the National Joint Council for Local Government Services (The Green Book) Document.
