Do you have what it takes to join us? The Refocus Manager we would like to join us will: 

·         Be experienced in learning support and/or behaviour management. 

·         Have experience of working with students and young people, ideally within an educational setting. 

·         Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

·         Be resilient and passionate about helping students reach their full potential.
