An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated,
articulate and personable Key Worker to join our exceptionally supportive and
passionate pastoral team.
This is a permanent position in term time but does require
working staff development days plus an additional week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the
day-to-day management of pastoral care and student welfare. It will involve
working alongside key members of Senior Staff, Heads of Year, Tutors and other
Key Workers on pastoral matters.
You must be able to communicate effectively with students
and staff, be flexible and willing to adjust to changes. You will need to
demonstrate emotional resilience and energy required to balance administration
workload and the pastoral commitment.
