About this Role

Crofton Infant or Crofton Junior School  

We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our team at Crofton Infant or Crofton Junior School from September 2026. 

Our school and Trust offer a robust and supportive ECT development program and CPD for all.  We welcome applications from those currently training, those looking to start their ECT journey, and those ECTs who are already working in a school and looking for a new opportunity.

Being a growing Trust, we offer exciting opportunities for teachers to progress and develop their skills in a well-equipped environment with exceptional leadership support.

We follow a creative curriculum to encourage children to become independent learners. We are looking for an energetic, innovative teacher who has the ability to provide children with lessons that they will remember for the rest of their academic life. You must have good communication and organisational skills with the confidence to work on your own initiative.

The Trust also provides staff who have completed their probationary period with a well-being day of choice (conditions apply), free eye tests and an assistance package which includes legal advice, counselling, financial advice, family advice and much more.
