flexible part-time opportunity that can work around family life and other
commitments while offering the chance to make a genuine difference to students’
futures.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people,

Previous experience as a Careers Leader is not essential.
Funded professional training and support will be available for the right

At the heart of our school vision — Inspire, Empower,
Thrive — is a commitment to ensuring every student leaves us with the
confidence, knowledge, and opportunities to succeed in the next stage of their
journey.
As Careers Leader, you will coordinate and develop our careers
programme across the school, helping students explore pathways including sixth
form, apprenticeships, university, and employment. You will organise careers
events and employer encounters, build partnerships with local businesses and
education providers, and work with staff to embed careers learning across the
curriculum. Most importantly, this is an opportunity to help young people
thrive while maintaining a healthy balance in your own professional and
personal life.
