We are looking to appoint a Safeguarding Pastoral Manager
who upholds our strong values and outstanding standards of safeguarding and
student wellbeing. You will have a strong commitment to safeguarding and
promoting the welfare of our young people, with a determination and drive to
support through collaborative working, stakeholder involvement and intervention
work.
The successful candidate will work closely with our DSL team
and pastoral teams to collectively support with attendance, behaviour and
academic achievement, allowing all students to shine brightly, feel safe, and
achieve their ambitions.
The ideal candidate will be able to operate within a dynamic
and forward-thinking team who are focused on early intervention, wellbeing and continuous
professional development. We are looking for someone with compassion, excellent
communication skills, collaborative working, knowledge of CPOMS and
safeguarding procedures.
