Purpose:
As Deputy Headteacher of Culture and Ethos, you will be the driving force behind the school's inclusive vision, bridging the gap between current standards and the exceptional learning environment our community deserves. You will create a safe, transformative atmosphere where high expectations for behaviour and a championing of safeguarding are at the heart of every interaction.
By working collaboratively as a high-performing Senior Leader, you will strategically lead systems for behaviour, attendance and inclusion that celebrate student success while accepting responsibility for rigorous standards. You will tailor your leadership to meet the rich and varied needs of our diverse North Bristol community, providing the relational practice and evidence-informed scaffolding necessary to overcome disadvantage and remove barriers to success. Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in enacting our mission to inspire students today and empower them with the character and agency they need for life.
