Purpose:
You will deliver a broad,
balanced and differentiated curriculum that engages students of varying ages
and abilities. You will create a positive learning environment that enables
every student to reach their full academic potential, while closely monitoring
and supporting their progress and development. You will play an active role in
raising standards of attainment and helping to close gaps between different
groups of learners. Alongside your teaching, you will also contribute to
students’ wider personal development and growth, supporting them both
academically and pastorally as their teacher and tutor.

Fluency Duty
This role has been identified as falling within the definition of requiring fluency in spoken English. You will be required to speak English with confidence and be able to conduct a conversation and answer questions for extended periods of time.
