At Ingoldmells Academy, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our successful and welcoming team, providing 1:1 support for the learning and personal development of a pupil with additional needs and/or disabilities. The role will be based initially within our Early Years setting, with the flexibility to support in KS1 and KS2 as required. The position is due to start in September 2026, or earlier if possible.
This is a 32.5‑hour, term‑time‑only contract (38 weeks
per year), Monday to Friday.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a relevant NVQ Level 3
or equivalent qualification. Previous experience working with SEND pupils is
advantageous.
