Are you a confident swimmer with a passion for keeping people safe?

We’re looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to join our team and ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all visitors to our swimming facilities.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Supervise the swimming pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of all visitors.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies.
• Carry out daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Support community groups hiring the facilities and encourage participation in leisure activities.
• Assist the Leisure Centre Manager in growing community engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong swimming ability and excellent observational skills
• A proactive and friendly attitude with great communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
