The role

NSCT is seeking a dynamic, committed and innovative Headteacher to lead Enfield Heights Academy. The successful candidate will:

  • Provide strategic and visible leadership to sustain and further develop our academy’s outstanding outcomes and reputation.
  • Ensure exceptional teaching, a broad and ambitious curriculum and a nurturing, inclusive culture where every pupil thrives academically, socially and personally.
  • Build leadership capacity across the academy and motivate staff, pupils, families and the wider community.
  • Maintain and enhance the academy's high standards of achievement, wellbeing and inclusion, championing continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Headteacher to shape the next chapter of an academy already performing at the highest level, while innovating and inspiring staff and pupils alike.

We are looking for

  • A proven track record in senior leadership, raising standards and improving outcomes.
  • Experience of developing staff, leading curriculum innovation and embedding effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire the whole school community.
  • A commitment to equity, inclusion and the development of every child, ensuring all pupils reach their potential.
