The programme offers intense support and positive interventions to individuals who are involved in criminality or being criminally exploited, struggling, or excluded from education, having troubles within the family home, in the care system, at risk of care or leaving the care system. Our main aim is to give the young person and their family the support and opportunities to develop social skills, gain qualifications, improve health and well-being and have new experiences in a safe and friendly environment. We want to raise the aspirations of our young person, with a clear goal of them having a safe transition in to adulthood and reaching their full potential. We focus on personalised support and tailoring our services to the needs and aspirations to those we support enabling them to fulfil their potential and achieve their own life goals; linking in with other organisations to provide quality wrap around support, ensuring all aspects of life are covered.
