About the Role
Kibworth Church of England Primary School are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and highly motivated Learning Support Assistant who will work under the direct supervision of a teacher to provide support for teaching and learning and associated activities in accordance with school policies and procedures.
Why Choose
Kibworth Church of England Primary School?
It is our mission to provide our pupils with a stimulating and engaging curriculum in a safe and secure environment. We believe that emotional wellbeing is essential in developing positive behaviour and academic success. We value and respect all individuals and our ethos gives our community the confidence to achieve their full potential and to be the best that they can be, and in doing so make a positive contribution to society.
School is far more than a place in which to work and learn. It is also a place where we begin to build relationships with other people, find out how to work collaboratively, develop a sense of ourselves, and discover how we as individuals fit into our world and society. We believe that it takes a whole community to educate a child, so we aim to work in partnership with parents, both individually and collectively. We are proud of our strong partnership with our very active Kibworth Parent’s Association (KPA), which organises many social and fundraising activities.
