About this Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our Catering team. This is a permanent, full-time position of 37 hours per week, across 40 weeks of the year (term time plus two weeks).
The post holder will be expected to be flexible on working hours as day time / evening shifts / weekend hours might be required.
The successful candidate should:
Have NVQ level qualification or equivalent
Have experience in large volume catering in a fast-paced environment
Have knowledge of allergens and current food trends
Be able to work well as part of a team
Have good time management with the ability to work to a deadline

Gaps in Employment History

References
Two references from previous employments will be sought, one of which must be from your current or most recent employer. The two references should be from two different employments / organisations. The first referee should normally be your current or most recent employer. If you are currently working in education, a reference from the Headteacher / equivalent person in Senior Leadership Team is required. If you are not currently working with children, please provide a referee from your most recent employment involving children, if applicable.
References from relatives or from people writing solely in the capacity of friends will not be accepted.
