We are looking for a professional and friendly team player to join our Administration team. The post holder will provide administrative support for the Exam Office during exam periods, and provide other administrative support to the whole school during non-exam periods.
You will have experience in basic administration, possess good organisational and IT skills. You should be able to communicate effectively with both colleagues and young people, work on your own initiative, and handle tasks with flexibility. A key part of the role is managing sensitive information with discretion and tact. While prior experience in a school environment is desirable, it is not essential.
You will be required to work during school term time, plus additional 3 weeks covering Inset days and two weeks during summer holidays for exam results days. Ideally we are looking for someone to work full-time, however part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
