Part time, fixed term until the end of the apprenticeship. There are two apprenticeships available: Teaching Assistant: 18 months and Specialist Teaching Assistant:24 months (the course you wish to undertake can be discussed at point of interview)
Apprenticeship Wages. 30 hours, 39 weeks (38 term time + 1 week during holidays)
Working pattern: 8.45am-3.15pm, Monday-Friday
The apprenticeship will be undertaken with Leicestershire County Council under the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. The course enrollment is for September 2026.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team across our family of schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining either a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant qualification (determined at onboarding based on your experience and prior learning).
