About this Role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to ensure our children have a safe and happy lunchtime, both in the dining room and on the playground. If you're looking for a fulfilling role during school hours, this permanent, term-time position could be perfect for you. As a Midday Supervisor, you will look after our children at lunchtime, in the dining room and in the playground to ensure that they remain safe.

This is a permanent role is ideal for someone looking to work during the day and in term-time only. You will be working for 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day Monday to Friday.

About the role
As a Midday Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the children’s lunchtime experience by:

  • Supporting and promoting good behaviour and positive interactions.
  • Being a role model and setting a positive example for the children.
  • Supervising children in the dining room, helping to serve meals, and ensuring lunchtime runs smoothly.
  • Overseeing playtime activities, whether in the playground or indoors on rainy days, and encouraging fun, healthy, and active play.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and a healthy lifestyle by leading playtime games.
