We are part of the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi‑Academy Trust, bringing together 36 Catholic primary and secondary schools across Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

You will:

  • Be an excellent practitioner with a passion for Science.
  • Ideally be a Physics specialist, or a Biology specialist who is confident and willing to deliver Physics at KS4.
  • Be a creative, talented and dynamic teacher who places children at the heart of their teaching.
  • Be forward‑thinking, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be willing to support the aims and vision of Catholic Education within the school and the wider Trust.
  • Be committed to raising standards and have a positive approach to behaviour management.
  • Be determined to make school life a positive, rewarding and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work, plan and communicate effectively as part of a friendly and supportive team.

What’s in it for you?

  • A salary of £32,916 – £45,352 per annum (Main Pay Scale)
  • Wonderful students who have a passion for learning and deserve the very best.
  • A team of talented and highly committed staff within a supportive working environment.
  • Commitment to nationally agreed terms and conditions for teachers’ pay.
  • Fantastic benefits, including:
    • Access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme
    • High‑quality CPD opportunities tailored to your professional development
    • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providing emotional, financial and legal support
    • Staff benefits including discounts and a Cycle‑to‑Work scheme
    • A welcoming community of enthusiastic students, supportive colleagues and a leadership team that values your expertise

Closing date: Tuesday 5 May 2026, 9am.

This diversity is fundamental to our values and enriches the lives of our students within our schools.
