About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will play a vital strategic and operational
role within the academy, working closely with the Principal and Trust teams. As
a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will lead and manage all
aspects of school operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing
environment that supports outstanding teaching and learning.
This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to lead across multiple service areas including estates, health & safety, administration, finance, HR, IT, and more.
