Armthorpe Academy, part of Consilium Academies, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager / Principal’s PA to join our welcoming and supportive team. About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will:

  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day administrative function of the school
  • Provide high-quality PA support to the Principal, including diary management and meeting coordination
  • Support school communications, events and governance administration
  • Help maintain efficient systems linked to safeguarding, attendance and student support
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming service to parents, visitors and external partners

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Can manage competing priorities calmly and effectively
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is professional, approachable and highly organised
  • Works well independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in a school or supporting senior leaders would be advantageous, but not essential.
