About this Role

Permanent, Term Time Only + training days + 1 additional week. Working Pattern: Mon to Thurs 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm. 

We are looking for an inspiring Pastoral Leader to shape and elevate the student journey across our school. This is a unique opportunity for someone deeply committed to student welfare, achievement, and holistic development.

In this role, you will lead on welfare, behaviour, and attendance, fostering a culture of high standards and positivity. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will drive effective assessment preparation, strengthen parental engagement and provide tailored support to students. From transition and emotional wellbeing to post‑16 pathways, you will ensure every pupil receives personalised guidance, targeted careers advice and the support they need to make confident next‑step decisions.
