We are seeking a strong, ambitious, and intellectually curious team player who is passionate about Art and Photography and committed to enabling young people to enjoy and succeed through creative study. The successful candidate will bring excellent subject knowledge, high expectations for student behaviour and engagement, and a reflective, organised approach to their practice. They will be confident in curriculum design and in delivering high-quality lessons that support a wide range of learners to develop both artistic confidence and technical skill.

We are a well-resourced and dynamic Art and Photography department, offering students a safe and inspiring space to express themselves and take creative risks. Our specialist facilities and technician support enable high-quality practical work, while student outcomes and achievements are celebrated widely across the school. Art and Photography are highly popular at both GCSE and A Level, consistently well-subscribed, and achieve some of the strongest results in the school and above National Averages.
